OUR PURPOSE
Our mission is to provide high-level training and mentoring to people of all ages and use the platform of wrestling to enrich lives on and off the mat. WHS is an authentic lead-by-example program where coaches use wrestling as a platform to build self-confidence, and hone skills that transcend the wrestling boundary. Our programs success is measured across all endeavors - on the mat, on the field, in the classroom, and in life.

An ideal training environment where athletes can learn the art of wrestling. Our program has practice structures designed to develop highly effective techniques in both wrestling, as well as strength and conditioning, taught by passionate and experienced coaches.

At Winchester, wrestlers cultivate leadership values that forge strong, influential leaders. This foundation empowers those leaders to excel far beyond wrestling. Learning to become a leader means being proud of your dependability and service to communities around you.

Our program belives in the power of sports psychoogy and building tools in the mind to take on adversity with confidence. We define what it means to have a champion mindset and outline the blueprint for what it takes to get there.
